The school executive leads the discussion about standards for curriculum, instruction and assessment based on research and best practices in order to establish and achieve high expectations for students. After evaluating teachers, I developed a schedule that gave teachers the choice to use their planning time for post observations or meet with me after school to protect their instructional and planning time. |
